cancellation and rescheduling policy

At Look At Me, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that any changes to your booking be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule with shorter notice, the following fees will apply:

• 12–24 hours before your appointment — 50% of the service value
• Less than 12 hours or same-day — 100% of the service value

We truly appreciate your understanding, as each time slot is carefully set aside for you personally.

Running late? Please don’t hesitate to let us know as soon as possible. With prior notice, we will always do our best to accommodate you — though please be aware that we may have limited time and may not be able to complete the full service. The original service price will remain unchanged.
